Enhanced Login Security 

On October 24, 2012 our login security procedures for Internet Account Access were changed to meet new security requirements as mandated by the Federal Government ( click here to view the compliance requirement ). Members will no longer be able to use their account number as their username. Our new security standards will check the strength of your username and password as well as verify your identity by phone or email via a one-time access code. The requirements for your username and password are outlined below:

Username & Password Requirements:

  • Username*:
    • Must be at least 6 characters and no more than 20 characters long
    • Must contain one letter
    • Can contain letters, numbers and the following special characters: @$*_-=.!~
    • Cannot contain any blank spaces in your member ID (spaces are not allowed: including before, in the middle of, or after the username) 
    Password: 
    • Must be at least 6 characters and no more than 32 characters long
    • Must contain characters from at least two of the following three characters: letters, numbers or any special characters 
    • Cannot contain any blank spaces in your password (spaces are not allowed: including before, in the middle of, or after the username) 
    • Cannot be the same as or contain the member account number 
    Other items to note about passwords: 
    • Passwords are case sensitive
    • Passwords do not expire
    • Username and password cannot be the same

*Choose something that is meaningful to you but that someone could not guess. Do not choose personal information such as, your date of birth, children’s date of birth, children’s name, pet’s names, etc.

Always remember, if you must write this information down (which we do not recommend), put it in a secure place. Do not carry it next to your membership card or write it on your membership card. If you have any questions, please give a member service representative a call. 

FinanceWorks™

Your Complete Financial Picture...All in One Place – Take a tour

FinanceWorks™ is a free money management program powered by the makers of Quicken® that is part of Internet Account Access. You can see an overview of your spending when you enter the site. It lets you view your complete financial picture depending on the amount of information you choose to enter. You can view your individual transactions and label them with expense or income categories that best describes them. It will also show you trends in your spending habits. FinanceWorks™ allows you to set up your own monthly budget. The best part is an online tutorial that shows you how to best utilize FinanceWorks™.

  • Go to www.aacfcu.com, and log in to your Internet Account Access.
  • Access FinanceWorks™ by clicking the “FinanceWorks” link under the Account Access tab.
  • “Accept” the FinanceWorks™ Terms and Conditions and follow the on screen instructions to get started.

Purchase Rewards

Purchase Rewards gives our debit cardholders offers of discounts based on spending habits. It’s free to use when you sign up through your Internet Account Access. Rewards can be as much as $50-$100 per year and are deposited into your checking account. You can enroll at any time or stop your enrollment at any time.

Start earning cash back at places you shop most. The more you use your debit card, the more offers you will get. Select any offer you are interested in, activate, make your purchase and get cash back. Earnings will be deposited directly into your checking account. It’s easy!

  • Go to www.aacfcu.com, and log in to your Internet Account Access.
  • Look for your Purchase Rewards offers under the Account Access tab:
    • Use the Purchase Rewards section for cash back offers. View new offers, offers already on your card, and how much cash back you have earned. 
      -or-
    • When you click Full history under Checking in the My Accounts section (Account Access tab). This takes you to your detailed checking account transactions and Purchase Rewards offers.
  • When you find an offer you like, click on it to “Activate”. The Purchase Rewards offer you selected is ready for you to make your purchase.
  • Shop at the participating retailer and pay with your debit card (this can be a PIN or signature-based transaction) to earn your cash back Purchase Rewards. Note: Each offer provides different details about when and where to shop to earn your cash back.
  • If you have a joint account, then whichever cardholder uses the offer first gets the cash back reward.
  • Purchase Rewards you have earned will be deposited directly into your checking account at the end of the NEXT Month after you redeem the offer. We DO NOT share your debit card number with the company that offers this program, your information has to come back and be posted.
  • You can view your earnings in the Purchase Rewards section of the Account Access screen.
